Werewolf transformation comic, every other or so page

 

This is made from a bunch of separate drawings done over a few years with the intent to have an understandable story telling flow of immaturely gory drawings . This is only half the pages but Ill put it all online in a different space soon.

These two are older paintings, from maybe 2004. I'm trying to go back from what I've been doing and incorporate some of what I miss from these into my current work, especially the humour.

This is another 'square' using charcoal/varnish/ and gesso. I was pretty low on art supplies at the time.

I started this group of drawings a couple months ago. The photos they're based on are from an early sixties series of hunting guides. They are mostly really, really disturbing but all presented in a cheery and idyllic way by the writer. I tried to keep the nostalgic, celebratory vibe intact, or maybe I emphasized it even by inking them?

"Hares"

I'm showing these with the Philadelphia art group 'A Square Deal' which is why they're mounted on square panels. The panels are about 7 by 7 inches, for an idea of the drawing sizes. More to be posted later!
